Given the evolution of the epidemic situation of COVID-19, José Neves adopted some preventive measures, in order to prevent the spread of the outbreak and at the same time reassure and guarantee to our Customers the normality in the supply of goods. We highlight below some measures adopted:

• We have already set up contingency plans at the level of the entire value chain that assure us that in the event of a spread of COVID-19, the supply of our Customers will not be jeopardized;
• Strengthening stocks and dispersing the supply of raw materials;
• Limit face-to-face contacts with Customers, Stakeholders and Suppliers to a minimum and give preference to telephone contact, by email and video call, in order to avoid being a propagating focus and, instead, promote their containment;
• In the event of an internal outbreak, we have already listed contingency plans that involve division of teams, preventive quarantines and the possibility for all administrative employees to work remotely from home.
